Welcome to netvietcuisine.com. This website is owned and operated by Netviet Cuisine, located at 8 Dobbie, San Ġiljan, Malta. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

• Eligibility: By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website services, menu items, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

2. Digital Reservations

• Cost: Table reservations made via netvietcuisine.com are 100% free of charge. We do not collect booking fees or holding deposits.
• Table Holding Limit: The restaurant will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes from the reserved time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation.
• Cancellations: If your plans change, you are required to cancel your reservation online at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

3. Food Delivery & Orders

• Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are explicitly listed in Euros (€) and include standard VAT applicable in Malta.
• Free Delivery: We offer Free Delivery for all orders within our designated delivery zones (San Ġiljan, Sliema, Gzira, Msida, Valletta, and nearby localities).
• Live Order Hotline: Our staff uses the delivery hotline +356 79880210 to contact you for order confirmation or location tracking.
• Order Modifications: You can request changes to an order by calling +356 79880210 within 5 minutes of submission. Once food preparation begins in our kitchen, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Payments

• We securely accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Contactless Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Mobile transfers via Revolut or BOV Mobile are accepted during delivery or order confirmation via +356 79880210.

5. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on netvietcuisine.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, menu descriptions, and digital layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Netviet Cuisine and is protected by Maltese and international copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
